Shipping & Returns
Just Surprise Me offers two options of shipping using Australia Post or couriers.
All gift hampers are delivered between 9am-5pm Monday - Friday with the exception of Public Holidays.
No deliveries on Public Holidays or Saturday and Sunday.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
If the order is received after 4pm on a Friday, it will not be despatched until Monday.
We will endeavour to deliver your hamper as soon as possible after ordering. We offer two delivery services.
- Standard which takes 2-5 working days. During busy and peak times please allow 2-8 business days for delivery. Regional and country areas and WA & NT deliveries will take a few days longer, or
- Express Post whereby the gift hamper will be received the next day. Generally we will be able to deliver the next business day to most capital cities (ex QLD, WA & NT) if your order is placed by 12.30 pm.
Standard — $10.00 2-5 working days.
Express Post — $15.00 Next day delivery if order placed before 12.30 pm.
If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery of the gift hamper, the driver will leave a card with details of where the hamper can be collected from the nearest Australia Post outlet
Please enter all delivery details carefully. You must include ALL address details, including full street number, street name and company name if applicable. Inaccurate or incorrect delivery information can delay delivery.
A re-delivery fee will be passed onto you from our couriers.
It is the customer's responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived. We will contact the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
Deliveries to Hospitals, Hotels & Retirement Residences
Just Surprise Me make every effort to deliver your hamper the next business day to Hospitals, Hotels and Retirement Residences (e.g. Nursing Home, Retirement Village, Retirement Home). Please try to include as much information as possible including:
- Room/Bed/Apartment Number
- Ward Name
- Whether the recipient is a Patient, Guest, Resident or Employee
Please ensure your recipient has enough time before checking out to receive their hamper in allowing for hampers to pass through possible security checks/mail room registers at these locations.
Please note Just Surprise Me accepts no responsibility once the parcel has been signed for by these premises in ensuring they pass these hampers onto the recipient and has no control over the timeframe for these businesses to pass the hamper onto the recipient.
Delivery to a work or home address is always recommended.
Cancellation of orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to dispatch. We cannot accept cancellations under any circumstances once the order has left our premises. Once an order has been cancelled, the purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the initial purchase.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We carefully check and package all products prior to shipping. However, if a purchased item is damaged upon arrival at the delivery address, we will replace the gift box. You can return the damaged item and we will re-send the product and pay for the return and additional postage charges. If the product is sold out, we will offer a replacement or refund the item at our expense.
Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the faulty items and return address.
Please include the order number and reason for the return.
