  1. Making An Order. Just Surprise Me will confirm your order by email. You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed and an electronic invoice. The Just Surprise Me agreement will only come into existence once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received.

  2. Cancellation Of Order. Cancellation of orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to dispatch. We cannot accept cancellations under any circumstances once the order has left our premises. Once an order has been cancelled, the purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the initial purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Just Surprise Me immediately on 0414 332 365 or email hello@justsurpriseme.com.au. 

  3. Item Substitution. Just Surprise Me reserves the right to substitute a product temporarily not available for a product of equal or greater quality and cost.

  4. Purchase and Sale of Alcohol. Just Surprise Me supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, it is an offence to supply liquor to any person under the age of 18 years. It is also an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor from another person. Alcohol quantities are limited to 1.5 litres per recipient. Customers when placing an order, should ensure that they do not exceed sending the permitted alcohol limit of 1.5 litres (approximately two bottles ) per recipient.
